Terms of use
These terms cover the website and the marketplace. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Revised 28 October 2026.
A placement is a service, not a promise of ranking. Search engines decide where pages appear, and we do not control them.
Your account
You must be able to form a binding contract and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in secure.
You are responsible for activity on the account, including orders placed through an API key or by an AI agent you have connected. Paying a basket is always your decision.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attack other users or break the law.
How an order is formed

Basket
Adding a placement to the basket creates no charge and reserves nothing.

Payment
Paying the basket from your dashboard balance forms the contract for those placements.

Delivery
Placements usually go live within about 24 hours of payment. Status shows in ordered links.

Permanence
Placements are intended to stay live and dofollow. If one is removed without cause, tell us and we will review it.

Disputes
Use your account page first. Most issues end there.
Payments and balance
Balance is topped up in the dashboard. Invoices and proforma invoices are available on request.
Questions about balance go through your account page. Where a paid placement fails to go live, tell us there and we will look at it.

What you may not order
- Links to illegal goods or services
- Content that is defamatory, hateful or deceptive
- Pages that infringe other people's rights
- Anything meant to harm a third-party site
- Medical or financial claims you cannot support
Our limits
We provide the service as described. We cannot promise any ranking, traffic or sales, nor the behaviour of Google, Bing or any other platform.
Automatic articles are written by software, so you should review them. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Publishers who sell links through the marketplace set their own prices, approve each placement and receive payouts weekly. They agree to publish what they approve and to keep it live.
We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it, and orders already paid stay under the terms that applied when you paid.
