Privacy notice
This notice is written for people who just want to know what we hold about them. It was last revised on 28 October 2026.
At a glance
We keep what an order needs and little else
Your sign-in identity, your orders and your balance history. We do not sell personal data, and we do not read the pages you link to beyond what delivery requires.

What we collect
Account data comes first. That means the email linked to your sign-in, a display name if you add one, and the settings you choose.
Order data follows. Each order stores the target URL, the anchor text, the content mode you picked, the donor selected, the price, the status and the dates. If you supply your own article or prompt, we keep that text for the order.
Billing records include amounts, dates and invoice details you enter, such as a company name or tax number. Card or wallet details are handled by the payment provider, and we only see a reference and a result.
Technical logs record IP address, browser and request time for security and for tracing errors.
Why we use each kind of data
| Data | Purpose | Handling |
|---|---|---|
| Account email | Sign-in, receipts, notices | Part of the account |
| Order records | Delivery, support, accounting | Kept as accounting needs |
| Server logs | Security, debugging | Rotated regularly |
| Support messages | Answering you | Kept with the account record |
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it. Hosts that publish your placement receive the article and the link, nothing about you.
Service providers for hosting, email and payment process data on our instructions. We do not sell lists, and we share information with authorities only when the law requires.
The budget widget on the home page runs in your browser. It does not send what you type.
